The patient was referred to me for closure of perforation of the bottom of upper sixth tooth’s chamber. The image shows a perforation and the prepared distal canal.

Perforation was formed as a result of searching for the distal canal, which was located 2mm from the place of perforation.

The perforation was closed with Pro ROOT MTA.
The distal canal of the tooth was filled with gutta-percha with AH plus sealer. 		 
     
 

During the next visit Pro ROOT MAT was covered with Harward cement.
